The names and logos of AFAP and all related product and service names, designs and slogans are the trade names, service marks or trade marks of AFAP and may not be used without our prior consent.

The AFAP.org.uk website is owned, operated and updated by AFAP.

Privacy

The AFAP.org.uk website does not collect any personal data from your visit to our website. Nor do we share any information about your visits to any 3rd parties.

EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) privacy policy update 25/05/18: This policy explains what membership data we hold presently and what we do with the data. We store your data within our email system only. There are no copies kept on hard drives or in online storage servers. Any data breaches will be reported to the authorities within 72 hours.

Your consent to be contacted by email is implied when you join AFAP & provide us with your details. The only marketing emails we send are in relation to educational events or in relation to supporting research within foot & ankle related topics, both of which form part or our charitable aims. Instruction on how to unsubscribe and opting out of emails is contained within the signature of every email we send. We completely remove and delete your contact address book profile when you unsubscribe.

We do not share your details with any other parties. This includes sponsors of our events or any of our partners.

If you would like to see what data we hold about you, or if you have any concerns, please drop us an email and we will get back to you within 30 days.

Requests to remove content

In some cases you may request for content to be removed from afap.org.uk. For example, if it breaches copyright laws or contains sensitive personal information.
